I got a spoofed email from them attempting to get us to sign up for their insurance. They tried looking like an employee who has not been with the company for years.

This platform plays a really important role in new startups just starting to get into the liability space and helps to navigate it. It bridges that divide between idea to operating in the market. I enjoyed the UI/UX and most of all, the responsive support. Nancy Yang, our Client Engagement Manager, in particular deserves high praise. They have some of the worst customer experience I've ever come across. I tried to get a quote 11/7 for a SaaS I'm launching 1/13/26. Evidently, whatever I did to view the documentation on what the policy covers somehow activated the policy, despite not paying for it. When I went to go move forward with the policy on 12/31/25, it said I already owed two months of premiums and would need to pay the next two in advance. I reached out to customer service to move the effective date to 1/1/26 and this was my very poor experience.

Good interface but poor sales and customer service. I have been trying to sign up for 4 policies and still waiting on a quote for one. I have emailed the VP of Sales Tyler, someone on their marketing tea and no response. The first two policies went smoothly (hence 2 stars and not zero). The second policy I had to also chase....and finally got a quote...You guys would get a lot more business if you responded to customers. We have two businesses signed up through them and will shop around next year for better CS.
