Good interface but poor sales and customer service. I have been trying to sign up for 4 policies and still waiting on a quote for one. I have emailed the VP of Sales Tyler, someone on their marketing tea and no response. The first two policies went smoothly (hence 2 stars and not zero). The second policy I had to also chase....and finally got a quote...You guys would get a lot more business if you responded to customers. We have two businesses signed up through them and will shop around next year for better CS.
Received unsolicited spam from San Francisco office's proprietary mail server for insurance product unrelated to my services.

Incredible customer service, these guys strive for long term relationship hence provide you with best policies and coverage. Art, who helped us through the process, is very knowledgeable about construction industry and knows exactly where and what you need to be properly covered. two thumbs up!
