Mike - the owner of this place, and the one who answers the phone (looks like every call is forwarded to his personal cell phone). I am not sure what this guy's deal is, but I asked him for to embroider a simple label for an apparel line, which he gladly accepted. Strung me along for a month, saying different things like I need the font size, I need dimensions, all of which were provided to him.
