I have to say my first time with this shop is a big disappointment! I asked for adding 4 years to my beloved Boston Marathon jacket. The embroidered numbers are tilted and look ugly. Instead of apologizing for a floppy job, the guy charged me with a hidden 8.5% payment transaction fee! I have been using other shops printing/embroidering shirts frequently, and never heard of transaction fee?! I felt robbed in the end.
