All I can say is WOW! After having another company come out to do an estimate for a new water heater and annoy the living heck out of me with their constant upselling (Join our club! Upgrade to water filtration! Everything is fine but you could use XXXX!!), I called Embrich. Del was excellent - unlike the other company, he surveyed the area where the hot water heater was (a VERY tight space) and spent almost an hour devising a plan for replacement. Best of all, his estimate was more than $800 lower than the other company's c... read more
