Over the last several years the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. While Dr V has a nice philosopy, the MDs and nurse practioners you see seem to be there to get you in and out in as little time as possible. As an example, my most recent visit was required to get a prescription refilled. The MD I saw was new (another turnover).
