I made an appointment with Embracing Health since they were the only doctors office in the Stafford / Fredericksburg area who are now accepting new patience. Which blows my mind. Dealt with headaches for many years and every doctors office I went to always dismissed it as stress, my eyesight and every other excuse you can find. I knew something was wrong. Front office - specifically Dominique very rude with me after telling her I had been waiting 3 days for her office to fax a clearance for my father.  I was told the office would resolve the issue and keep me informed.  Instead Dominique tells me the office tried 10 times and fax failed so they sent clearance to provider in the actual mail and that I would need to follow up with said provider.  Very unprofessional that the patient and family members of patient have to do all the legwork because 2 medical offices refuse to pic... read more

Over the last several years the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. While Dr V has a nice philosopy, the MDs and nurse practioners you see seem to be there to get you in and out in as little time as possible. As an example, my most recent visit was required to get a prescription refilled. The MD I saw was new (another turnover). She did not review my file first (2 heart attacks and related complications) to find out what my body's issues might be. She was on her way out of the room at the end of our 3-4 minute... read more
