I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online, and especially on a Saturday. My hair has been neglected because of my busy schedule but I am so thankful that Rikki saved me!!! She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the “me day” I have so desperately been needing. She made my visit so refreshing, and set the vibe to let me relax. Jordan is absolutely amazing! If you want your hair blonde, she is your girl. I’ve never been anywhere that can get me to the level of blonde I want. She got me from brown ugly box dye to PLATINUM blonde without damaging my hair. She is a miracle worker! She also works around schedules and listens to her clients.
I think I’ve gone here for the last time. I’ve tried it a few times- first was great! This last time, I asked for what’s in the Pinterest pic- said I don’t want to be blonde anymore- but what I got was in the other pic. Nothing like what I was looking for. Very disappointing and evidently a waste of my time and money. Oh and this was even the result after I asked for toner bc I could see the color was far too light…
