Not a good experience during our consultation. Everyone on the staff was nice. The office pushed head gear and additional treatment when it seemed not necessary and my child was not quite ready for orthodontic treatment (hadn't lost enough teeth yet). The office staff/rep who was working with us even commented that our dental insurance had "no maximum amount allowed. You can spend as much as you want and you pay 50% of the cost!" Seemed like more of a sales pitch than really determining the best treatment for my child.

I can not say enough about how fantastic these people are. I can not go into detail about myself and my teenager who is their patient. I can however share that we had a very difficult situation happen personally at their office.
