I would give a zero!! 5 of us went in for mani pedi for an upcoming wedding. The guy doing me tried to separate me from the group and do my nails first and I insisted I stay with the group. I asked for a simple design and kept getting told they dont have teal or burnt orange. He wells rude, hurt me multiple times, and insisted I had to pick out new nail colors after getting my feet done. Worst customer service !!!! RUDE!!! Left without my nails done

Me and my daughter got our nails done today great service no one was rude went in on a budget and still had money left over and our nails turned out so good !
I have been to this nail salon before, and it has been ok. The guy who did my toenails made both of my big toes bleed by pulling out what I guess were hangnails, but I had never noticed them. From my understanding nails salons are not authorized to do this in the state of Kentucky. I mentioned the bleeding and he said it would feel better when I walk in my shoes.
