I have severe trauma and I became re traumatized at this clinic which I stupidly believed was trauma-informed. One of the nurses named Jen I think shes got brown hair she was very rude, condescending and impatient and she should not be working there.
Not a supportive clinic. Let me go after my IUD and I almost fainted when I was walking outside. And incompetent. told me they didn't have my results for a swab but I can see online my result and I wanted a follow up appointment.
The people working at this place are AWESOME. The receptionist Rebecca is an absolute pleasure. Hannah, the nurse practitioner, is such a caring human who does so much (and I wish she was my own NP, lol). Everyone will be extremely considerate toward you and treat you with respect. I myself was incredibly nervous and had trouble communicating, so it was very helpful to be able to have pleasant and safe interactions. There is a cute and curious service dog at this location.
