We offer therapy, and as appropriate blend wester and eastern approaches to wellness, health and living a happy life. In addition to one on one therapy with a licensed therapist we offer neurofeedback with a board certified clinician, sound healing, 1:1 yoga, workshops and consults/supervision. The building also has massage, physical therapy, nutrition and a yoga studio.

I attended a retreat facilitated by Aly Gorel and a few others and would highly recommend her! I found her style of yoga teaching to be very easy to follow and gentle, and the meditations before and after helped me drop into a place of love, healing and connection with myself I hadn’t expected. Yoga and retreats like that can sometimes feel so serious, and I appreciated, too, her wonderful sense of humor and play, that was also brought into the yoga space!
I’ve been doing EMDR therapy with Alyssa at Embodying Compassion since late 2024, and it’s made a huge difference in my life.
