Great experience from start to finish. Booking online was easy, the therapist (Alvaro) was friendly and professional, and the space itself was very clean—which really matters to me. Most importantly, I felt amazing afterward. I went in with a ton of tension in my neck and limited range of motion, and left feeling so much better and more relaxed. I’ve already recommended this place to others and will absolutely be back once my budget allows.
Absolutely incredible massage with Izzy. This was the first time in my life I actually fell asleep during a session, which says everything about her skill and calming presence. The pressure was perfect, the flow was seamless, and I left feeling completely reset. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Izzy.!!

Embody wellness has many therapist to choose from and many of them have their own niche or specialization. I love seeing Abby, the owner, as she really knows how to work on neck issues and glutes. My husband goes to Saul, who also does deep tissue, blading, and cupping. . Jess is also a talented massage therapist as well as Dana, who doubles as an aesthetician and gives a bomb facial. I've been seeing Dana for message for a couple months now and I can't gush enough about how amazing she is. Staff is so kind and friendly too! I've had tension headaches for years and in ONE visit Dana was able to releive them completely! I'm so happy with the service I've gotten there and will be a regular customer for years to come!
