The scheduler which is the first person we talk to, has a horrible attitude, I asked if I can talk to someone else because from the start of our conversation she was rude and condescending she said she’s the manager and that I have to get through her. I have two referrals from my doctor for my shoulders. She kept telling me that I have to be seen on two separate days one day for each shoulder. Horrible experience talking with her.
