A.Ma.Zing. If you've been to Ruth's Chris you'll be impress when I say Embers can go head to head with them. Gainesvilles best restaurant. Service was exceptional. Food was phenomenal.

Food was excellent and so was the service! Pricey but totally worth every penny.
Simply fantastic. Great atmosphere, unbelievable food and our very courteous, knowledgeable waiter helped us make excellent wine and food choices. We come to Gainesville once a year for continuing education at UF. We will be dreaming about this place for the next year!
We had an amazing dinner. The service is second to none and the food was incredible. Their duck was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it!
The food is absolutely fabulous! I've had the incredible salmon, the delicious scallops, and the wonderful grouper. The lobster mashed potatoes are the best and the spinach was sautéed perfectly. The bread is great, too, but I would prefer to have the bread just left on the table in a basket, than served piece by piece. Every morsels I've tasted there has been exceptional. It is one of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. Congratulations to the owners for creating such a special place and a superb dining experience!
