Had pain from my rhomboid muscle from holding my kids, mid and lower back from playing violin, and my arm, neck, and shoulder from violin as well. Ryan (Dr. Benning) has really helped me feel way better and I’m more mobile and feel little to no discomfort after just a few visits. I feel confident that the more I visit, the better things will be. Highly recommend!
I had years of horrible neck, back, and hip pain that would cause frequent headaches. He actually listens to my problems and symptoms and I have been in significantly less pain ever since!

Went in today for my regular adjustment and Ember has been great to me. Today though I mentioned a rib issue that has bothered me for 10 years that I’ve been told I couldn’t do anything about it without surgery. With a slight adjustment and a little cupping I felt a release that I once believed I would never get. Thank you Ember!
