I had an extremely unprofessional experience with mitch netedu from this company. After missing his call due to a standard automated phone screening (a common hiring practice), the recruiter became visibly frustrated, lectured me about my availability telling me no manager will contact me and abruptly hung up on me. This was unexpected and inappropriate behavior for a professional recruiting interaction. Candidates should be treated with respect, not talked down to or dismissed.
Subject: Lack of communication and professionalism. It's disappointing that a recruitment agency lacks basic communication skills. I received a call from them a few weeks ago, and they arranged an interview with Google. However, after my interview, the recruiter disappeared without responding to my emails. Additionally, the second interview with the hiring manager was canceled without any explanation. If you cannot manage the job properly, please refrain from contacting me and wasting my time.
