This place is great I called to see if they had a used tire in the right size and they did which was still in great condition. Sam hooked me up with the price so I could afford it and they put on in great timing. Sam was very friendly and ill definitely be coming back if I need another tire.
I needed a very rare tire size for some 24 inch rims that I have on one of my vehicles and Embassy was the best price in town. Sam helped me to get my tires balanced on another vehicle as well so I was able to kill two birds with one stone. Thank you so much Embassy and Sam. You have no idea how much I appreciate you!!!!
I follow great customer service and this was worth the drive. Anthony and Sam have always been the best at their job, giving reasonably priced future car maintenance advice and estimates and finding the best deals. They are a blast to chat with and the shop is all around welcoming.
Originally came for a blown tire and then scheduled an oil change. The job ended up being a lot bigger then originally thought and I was worried about how to pay for it but Sam worked out a deal with me and even picked my car up from oro valley to get a head start on fixing it. Thereeere some hiccups but they did a great job and got my car going a little more smooth. All the guys have great personalities and know what they are doing. Glad I got the work done!
