Embassy Suites Hot Springs Convention Center is now my preferred choice of stay, when in the area. I am always met with a smile, when entering the hotel. Their hosts are professionals with amazing personalities. Hal is very friendly and entertainingly funny and wise. His life stories are very insightful. I love embassy. I loved the girl that worked at the bar and our hotel clerk Jo was so helpful. The staff at embassy was so friendly and their breakfast is always good
Railey went out out of her way to help me take pictures by the christmas tree. She is absolutely amazing

I found this to be a very pleasant and well maintained hotel. I've stayed in a fair number of hotels in Hot Springs over the years and other many are old or very simple. I appreciated the grandness of the atrium/public space, and the spaciousness of the suites.
