Highly recommended! We stayed in a Studio corner suite on the 8th floor. Service was good customer service everyone greeted you with a smile. Check in was easy with no wait time. Nice weekend getaway to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary 💕 ❤️ 💖. Room was clean, fresh, and quite. Close to downtown Hot Springs!!!
The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated. The front desk clerk, Jasmine was awesome! She was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. The breakfast and manager’s reception were great. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
The rooms were very nice. The bed was just too firm for my liking. Very nice place to stay and convenient.
We stayed during the ice storm, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—especially considering how busy they were and how understaffed it seemed (we saw the same 4–5 staff members throughout our weekend stay). The two free drinks/snacks each night were a sweet surprise! Patrick, the bartender, was fantastic and made a very tasty LIT. What a great Hotel!! At check in we mentioned this was our anniversary. We were upgraded to this beautiful corner room that had some great views. We were treated like VIP with complimentary drinks and snacks in the early evening, complimentary water bottles and just excellent service all around. The breakfast offered custom made omelets, and had a really nice variety of food with breads, muffins, fruit, eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage, drinks. No complaints.
