The front desk was amazing. They were kind , patient and knew what they were doing. The room was clean and nice. I only got coffee but they had a complete breakfast buffet included with room . Great room, great service !
Enjoying stay but would not order another drink from the bar. $18 for a margarita in a short glass is way overpriced. Food was okay. If you don't mind traffic noise and listening to planes taking off/landing this the place for you.
We frequent here with all our traveling. However, they are now charging for parking even for 1 night stays. A 3rd party parking service. May consider staying somewhere else from now on.
I am absolutely appalled by the way Embassy Suites handled my recent stay. I was charged a smoking fee for allegedly smoking in my room — at a time when I wasn’t even in the room! In fact, there is clear footage showing me at the hotel’s own restaurant, ordering drinks and enjoying my evening, which makes this charge not just baseless, but downright ridiculous. Great location by the PDX Airport. Overall, great stay with a nice conference room, but the best experience was at the reception the hotel provides (snacks and drinks). The bartender/host, Lindsay, gives a great first impression, welcoming guests and making sure everyone is being well cared for. I think a lot of people stay at this hotel because of her.
