Very nice clean hotel. Close to PDX. Good breakfast.
Exceptional service from Elissa! My husband and I stayed here the night before an early flight out of PDX. The lobby was extremely busy that morning, with several charter buses’ worth of guests, and we were unsure where to go for the airport shuttle. Elissa proactively noticed us, guided us through the crowd, and quickly got us onto the correct shuttle. She was incredibly friendly, calm, and helpful. Probably one of my favorite hotels for a decent price
Love this place. The courtyard with water feature was really cool and I loved the reception with free drinks and snacks. The rooms are perfect with a couch, table and kitchenette as well as the bedroom + sleeping quarters. It was a great place over all.
Revised review. I woke up with multiple bites. Hotel assures me they weren't from bed bugs, after an inspection. There is no where else I could have received multiple bites from. Maybe it was the couch or the bed spread? I always enjoy staying here and was surprised when I noticed multiple bites on my legs when I woke up. Sounds like this was a one-time occurance and the hotel quickly addressed my complaint.
