I just want to give a special thanks to the lady in the front desk who checked us in and her name is Dominique. This young lady made our experience a great one. She went above and beyond to upgrade my room due to it being my birthday, she didn't have to do that, but she felt it was right. She was very polite and very helpful. She was so kind and did everything to make it a memorable stay.
I've stayed at this hotel several times. Front desk serice was stellar!! They recognized and acknowledged my loyalty status without prompting, the room was fantastic, the views are great and the breakfast spread was among the best in all my travels. Ill be giving this hotel strong preference in the future.
