日頃からスイートによく宿泊しています。 今回初めて海沿いではないこちらのホテルを予約。 全室スイート、朝食付きで物価の高いハワイ旅行にはありがたいと思い来てみたけど、まず部屋にアメニティが一切ない。 キッチンのコンセントが壊れていて初日から修理依頼。 2ベッドルームでしたが2部屋をつなげた作りで真ん中にリビング。一つの部屋は部屋の内側からしか開けられない仕様で（ドアノブがない）食事に行きたい時はわざわざ家族に電話して開けてもらわないといけない。 眺望も分かってはいたけど海沿いではないため開放感無し。そして外がうるさい。 最悪なのはハッピーアワーという夕方の軽食とドリンクサービス、そして朝食。 過去一最悪。無料だから満足しろというには酷すぎる。 ハッピーアワーの軽食はナッツとポテチ、コーヒーすらない。お酒を飲む人にはいいのだろうけど他の4〜5つ星ホテルと比べるとお粗末すぎる。 さらにがっかりは朝食で種類が本当に少ない。日本のビジネスホテルの方が全然まし。 そして会場が汚くて食べる気が失せる。 これが1週間続くと思うと食べなくていいかなと思う。 我が家の子供達は食べるものがないとほとんど食べずで、明日以降思いやられる（昨日到着）。 毎回ヒルトンはが... read more

Roughly a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everyone was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Every amenity you could imagine possible was within a 1 minute walk. Perfect location for everything you could desire when vacationing. My family and I loved it and cannot wait to return.

Very Disappointing Experience with the Staff I am not a native English speaker, and I know that my English is not perfect. However, I believe every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of their language ability. I simply called the front desk to ask for some additional towels. While I was explaining my request, the staff member answering the phone began laughing very loudly with another employee next to her instead of responding to my request.
