Just checked the room is very nice and comfortable. Very clean and a very nice breakfast included, lots of selections.

Coming to Toronto, choosing a hotel by Roger’s Stadium was key. The main floor to check in was very nice and artistic. The rooms are fine yet does not feel like the 4 star hotel vibe as when you see the front door, it appears it has been painted multiple times and not clean and smooth feeling. The rooms have been updated although should be more maintained as our washroom fan was not flush with the ceiling as it showed a 1 cm opening all around. The hotel itself was good — nice place, decent stay, no major complaints there. But the paid parking really left a bad taste. I honestly don’t understand this trend. It’s like going to a fine-dining restaurant and being told, “Sure, we’ll serve you the food… but cutlery isn’t included. That’ll be extra.” When you’re already paying a premium price for a hotel, I feel like basic amenities such as parking should be included, especially when you’re staying there as a guest. Overall, the property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are very clean too. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly nice, attentive, and caring. I especially appreciated that they personally messaged to check in and ask how stay was going. It really made feel welcome and well taken care of.
