This is not what I expected from a Hilton. Very different than the Destiny location. The shower was dirty and gross. The breakfast was horrible and they ran out of most items. Will never stay here again.

I’ve been staying at this hotel a couple times per year since 2023 and unfortunately I’ve watched it go down hill over the years. All the rooms are falling into disrepair with carpets being held down with duct tape, AC that doesn’t work, showers that aren’t super clean, and bedding that needs a refresh. The size of the rooms are great, and the daily happy hour is nice, but that’s about it :/ they also don’t clean your room or even refresh your towels unless you ask, and I had to ask 3 days in a row before it finally happened... read more

This hotel does not live up to the Embassy Suites brand. The atrium was big and fancy and breakfast was pretty good. However, the rooms are a disaster. The first room had an infestation of ants, I complained and they give me another room. I saw a bed bug in the second room. It was 1 am and I needed rest, so I left it alone. But I was very uncomfortable throughout the night.

Im confused about some of these reviews. We found this hotel wonderful. Loved the open courtyard. Great bar with liz the friendlyist personality. Cori greeted us at the front desk. He was was very attentive, and sweet. Loved our 2 room king suite. Never heard outside noise. Breakfast was awesome. I could imagine that if there was a large loud group in the courtyard, could be a noise problem. But they close the bar at 9:30. So things should be quiet by 10. All in all our experience was a 5 of 5. Will be back
