Called the front desk to ask a simple question about early check-in. The employee rushed through a scripted answer, cut me off mid-sentence, and hung up before I could respond. If this is the level of service guests can expect, it says a lot about how little they value customer experience. Basic respect shouldn’t be optional, especially at a Hilton. I have zero confidence in how they treat guests in person.
Great place to stay. One of the pools open 24/7.

Great central location to Old Town! Spacious rooms, well appointed. Front desk staff are fantastic...friendly, helpful, top notch!
Fantastic stay. Room was cozy and very clean. The whole complex offers many activities to choose from. Excellent service throughout the property, everyone we encountered went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent.
