The staff is always very accommodating. The lady (she was the one that sets up munchies and cleans after the patrons) at happy hour/complementary hour was very helpful and personable. We asked her about breakfast and she was glad to share her knowledge (best time to get there). The breakfast staff was absolutely great as well. The omelettes were so good! Overall we are very happy with our stay.

This is a fantastic hotel with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean, have a great layout and plenty of space. If you go to breakfast, try a made to order omelet and their awesome hot sauce.
I recently stayed at the hotel June 26-29 for a family reunion. A family member fell at entrance to the hotel and had to be transported to the hospital for treatment. No one from management or staff member came outside to check on her. I don't know exactly how she fell, but am told that there is a video recording of the fall. The hotel refuses to let anyone see the video. No one wants to sue, just want to know how she fell.
