I want to start by saying what an absolutely amazing experience my family and I had at Embassy Suites by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and hospitality truly stood out. After driving 8½ hours from New York to Raleigh, I was understandably a bit tired and had some concerns along the way. I would like to highlight the excellent service I received during my stay, especially at breakfast. Amina, the waitress, was very kind, attentive, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms felt very comfortable, with a dedicated desk area that makes it easy to work. The location is also very convenient for me, as it is close to my workplace. Overall, everything was great. Definitely a very positive experience.
Great service, great environment. Love the omelette bar for breakfast.
Keith and suna were extremely helpful/informative and friendly checking in me and my crew, gave us the vip treatment lol . Hope to come back soon!
