Customer service including management is very rude and argumentative when we were upset about our room not being ready past check in time. However, breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. Our room and bathroom were not cleaned very well (hair still in the tub)
Unfortunately I left a pair of Black JBL headphones in the bed upon my early morning departure as I am a flight attendant. Of course it was my fault however, I am disappointed in the fact that the house keeping claims that they didn’t find them in the bed that they have to remake for the next guests. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to see familiar faces at breakfast. Amina went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. My room was big and well-appointed. Loved my "home away from home" hotel.
