Worst hotel stay ever. They told me incorrect billing information, charged the wrong card and refused to charge the initial card. The manager was disrespectful and refused to rectify the situation. She told me she couldn't do anything because 48 hours had passed from the reservation....this was about 24 hours after the reservation. The room wasn't even cleaned very well and a very minor request I made to the desk was just basically disregarded. If you like competence, respect and getting what you pay for....don't stay here.
