The hotel is quite impressive but the most deserved praise belongs to one of the employees. Kisha Bailey made the stay that much more enjoyable. Her customer service skills are top notch. Friendly, attentive, and her willingness to help with all our needs was greatly appreciated. Definitely need more people like her in the hotel industry. If a promotion is coming up, she would definitely be the first to consider. Great job Ms. Bailey!
This is one of my favorite hotels.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good
Not the hotel for early morning travel. Staff was very friendly and professional.. sadly breakfast and shuttle don't start until 7 am.. Bed was comfortable,Lvp floors in the room were badly broken not safe to walk barefoot. Some staining on bedsheets but clean.
Excellent location by the IU Hospital System. Recently renovated and looks beautiful. Best mattress we've ever slept on.
