Adam S. He’s the man best in the business Nice , polite , helpful and caring I thought he was the manager because he needs to be . Amazing service,Food , atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable.
Lots of kids on the weekend
Maddy did a great job making my omelets for breakfast every morning. She went out of her way to fulfill my request for real butter.
I rented 2 separate rooms and both of them smelt terrible. The bathroom floors had caked up dirt on them around the tub. The mattresses felt like they should've been replaced years ago. Lastly, the breakfast buffet... lets just say we did NOT eat there due to not finding an actual "clean" plate, every plate we looked at had crusty food stuck on them from the previous person who used it and found hair on them. We are staying at the Embassy Suites Norman for a volleyball tournament! We utilized the fitness center and enjoyed breakfast. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Mady & Macy were making omelettes at the omelette bar. Macy also offered to make pancakes! Everyone on staff were efficient and professional! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!
