At first glance, it was perfect. I needed a getaway for a few days and I saw this lovely hotel that had an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. Just what I needed. I went there to look around for I booked my stay. I asked if the oatmeal at breakfast had milk or any animal ingredients. I was told that there were vegan options, just mention it at check-in. Had a great stay here! The facilities are nice, and the service is great! Maddy and Macy do a fantastic job at the omelette station! Would highly recommend!
I checked into the hotel with only a few hours to sleep after my hilton honors login wouldnt work for some reason so I had to book it on my super app. I took a shower when I got there and the tub wouldnt drain durinf the shower. I tried turning on the ac snd it never cooled the room down even with the suite door left open as the only vent in the room for the ac was in the living room.
