I have been to a couple Of Embassy Suites and the Conference Center Norman was phenomenal! Everyone we encountered was polite and professional especially a young man named Jo….He made stops at our table to make sure we were taken care of. I train Customer Service and he did everything I would have expected from someone in hospitality and Customer Service! 5 Stars
Please pay attention when you go down to the bar they do not take cash I bought one drink at the bar it was $6.13 I got a notification on my phone at 2:22 in the morning. I had an updated notification that I have tipped them $25. Dollars I had to send screenshots to the manager she didn’t believe me please be aware when you are at the bar and keep your receipts The black man was very disrespectful at the bar
