Would give 0/10 stars if I could. This hotel was probably once a nice facility... but now completely run down. If you want peace and quiet, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. Teenagers and underaged kids running around the floors throughout the night with no parents in sight. Front desk staff did nothing to control this. The "quiet hours" posted throughout the hotel were utterly pointless.
From checking in to checking out, the staff at the Embassy Suites in Norman were outstanding. A shout out to Donna and crew, keeping everything flowing in the breakfast area. Rooms are nice, excellent work areas. It is the perfect location for a conference.
Great place! Comfortable! James at the omelette bar made it that much better though!
