James and Macy were amazing! Truly enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and the service was top notch!
The omelette station ran by James and Macy was amazing. They had a massive crowd each day I was present and handled it like champs. This was an excellent venue to visit in lobby areas when with a large group.
The omelets were fantastic!! And the chocolate chip pancakes were perfect. James greeted us with smile and the breakfast was wonderful he the food exactly as we ordered. larger glasses for the drinks would be wonderful and the fruity loopy’s were great🧨🧨🧨
I have been to several conferences at the Embassy suites in Norman and the breakfast is the highlight! All the staff I have encountered have been very polite and accommodating but the chef James really deserves special recognition. He always makes superb omelets and today my friend and I had an awesome blueberry pancake with our omelet! I hope he is very well paid, if not he needs to be!!😊 And bonuses should be given if not already.
