Had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Madison downtown. Valet parking a bit expensive ($40+tax) but the valet staff was very helpful. Front desk staff was very polite acknowledging me as a hilton honors member (didn't get my free water 🤷). Evening reception bartender did a great job. Drinks were well made. Snacks were tasty as well. Upon checkout, we wanted to go to the capital. Front desk stored our luggage and we were allowed to keep it vehicle valet parked until approximately 2pm. We stayed for 3 nights and it was actually perfect. The staff were wonderfully hospitable and the rooms and hotel were spotless. What a wonderful stay!
