You never get a second chance for a first impression. So when the valet refused to park my car for me at check in and told me to find a spot on the street, my stay was ruined. My room faced Pickney Street and it was very noisey with the cars outside. Not worth the price tag at all.

I stayed at Embassy Suites Madison from mid June to early October each week on business. The staff there is phenomenal. A huge shout out to Vidushi at reception desk. She always made me feel at home away from home. I even brought my dog Archie one week and she made him a doggy bag with treats and a stuffed toy. Alexis at the bar was also fabulous. She made one feel at home and her service was impeccable. The rooms here are clean. Plenty of ways to hookup electronic devices throughout the room. I only wish the design of the k... read more

I love Madison. Just an awesome experience. Great staff, extremely comfortable bed and pillows (can someone please let me know how to get those pillows??) My room was awesome, great location.

I love it, it is litterly directly by the lake, it will take a small walk tho, amazing dinning hall, and rooms are cool.
