Was there for a function, not as a guest
We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving week last week and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each day. We love the evening reception and the cleanliness and beauty of the facility is amazing. We would have liked the pool area to have a hot tub since this is advertised on the webpage and we were saddened that this was not available. Maybe in the future?
Stayed while working a show at the ranch, beautiful rooms and common areas, staff went out of their way to help. Will stay again.
It’s five stars but for the pool it’s a 3 star because I saw there was a hot tub so we picked this location but then went down after in packing from a far drive from Albuquerque New Mexico home of Heisenberg so we picked this place also because we came for a train show since I’m a train enthusiast but as I said came down and noticed hot tub was removed and was a little upset because it would’ve been nice to relax especially when it’s winter in November and saw the pool was there but didn’t get in because of kids so was a lit... read more
