I payed for the cancelation insurance. I canceled my reservation 4 days before and they still took the money out of my account. It's been a month and booking.com or the hotel haven't payed me back.
Embassy suites Laredo advertise on other hotel sites free parking yet charge you for parking. There excuse it's not there responsibility other websites are not up to date. Employee at front desk were very rude when asked about parking fees. They were not responsible. Poor service on the embassy suites part.
