We stayed for the weekend and had a great experience. Our smoke detector started chirping from a low battery so I went to the front desk to get a new battery to change it. They insisted they would take care of it and had someone up within 5 minutes to replace. He was very pleasant. Every morning at breakfast the workers were very welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!
Very nice hotel, clean large rooms. It was perfect for our family to have beds for everyone.
The main issue I had was with the AC. During our stay it was cold most nights so the room stayed somewhat comfortable. A day in the 80s and night in the 60s or anything higher would make it very uncomfortable. The thermostat in the room is pretty much for decoration. Moving the temp up or down does nothing. Changing the fan speed does nothing. They clearly have switched off AC to rooms to save money and only turn on when requested. This is terribly inconvenient and not a good way to operate a hotel. The front desk staff was so helpful. Gave me directions and helped answers questions. My bathroom vent was dirty, wifi didn't work the entire stay and bed was okay.
Upon checkin the clerk couldnt locate our reservation and asked to see proof that I paid for the stay which I provided but she still had difficulty processing our arrival. Our room was clean, but it was muggy and stale and our thermostat wouldn't allow for air conditioning to turn on--there is a posted note to contact the front desk to turn it on.
