I’m so disappointed, the hotel has really been a nightmare for me . First the night I checked in the elevator didn’t work and we had to go up and down stairs and my knees swelled. Then no ac in room, then pool was opened and closed. And remained closed, elevator was working and not working. Room was not up to part at all holes in door, patched ceiling and walls . I was very disappointed
Was slightly disappointed for a Hilton. The happy hour was very disappointing. The entire selection of drinks below bottom shelf. Ive noticed at previous stays at different Hilton locations you can upgrade the drinks. This placed seemed to be take it or leave it. Besides the fact that the pool was down for maintenance was another disappointment. The elevators were also not fully functionally sound.
Worse hotel experience ever. To start off early check in was an extra $25 even though the room was ready at 2pm. I guess they won’t check you in until 4 pm so everyone even families with children were waiting. The lobby was extremely hot like there was no AC for there employees. The lady at the desk with the short hair cut was extremely rude as well as the lady’s with dreads. There was also one that was pregnant who had the worse attitude of them all. I thought this was a great hotel to book at but no we get to the hotel it’s no air in the none of the public area or on the elevator when I looked at the pics and saw the pool I love it but guess what they closed the pools for the weekend said it was a maintenance issue but it didn’t say that when I booked the same day that we came and it’s 100 degrees outside so no pool and no air and it’s hot as heck outside we called down to the front desk to get towels and they told us that we had to wait until turnover cause they didn’t... read more
