Room smelled like pot so they gave us can of Lysol..floor is sticky with food spoiled on lamp base. The whole hotel is filthy with broken elevator. I wish we had somewhere else to stay for the night ...however we never comming back
Noisy with a huge interior atrium that echoes and amplifies noise. Dingy and quite outdated rooms. Bar sink that is clogged making it worthless. The worst thing about this room is the bed. This is absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on. It's as if an elephant and family have been sleeping on it for years. Huge indentations and lumpy. After complaining to management I didn't even get lip service. My neck and body are aching.
Great location with good amenities but understaffed on a busy hockey tournament weekend.
My experience at this Embassy was horrible and the fact that am a gold member it was terrible. Never staying here again. The fact that my company paid for the stay and you pay $300 deposit and it’s the worst hotel. Empty conditioner bottle , the table lamp didn’t even work, the tub clogged up. The worst part was housekeeping the time I was there didn’t even get housekeeping service. The first night came back from work housekeeping left hanging on my DND and a letter saying no service due to DND which I never left on my door.... read more
Front desk was rude once I brought up some concerns/issues about the room. It was not clean, room smelled like weed (I had kids with me), there was a used soap bar in the bathroom, mirrors were dirty, shot glasses with an unknown liquid on the countertop, no cups for the coffee machine, coffee machine stains all over the place, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, stains on the mattress, the spare of blanket was dirty.
