This hotel needs a renovation. It's a very old hotel and has not been updated.
Had a conference space was good. Service was a bit out of place, not finding the things we ordered and late to serve the coffee
Not the luxury suites you’re expecting when you choose an Embassy Suites. Downstairs lobby looks amazing however the rooms are very worn. Carpet is extremely dirty, just look at your socks after walking around in your room, furniture is scratched and wobbly, the doors squeak, No smart TVs , I got a nice window view of a construction site. When I checked out after just 1 night of what was supposed to be 4, because it was prepaid , they refused to check me out of my room and allow me any kind of refund .. so Customer service i... read more
