Our friend was buying drinks for a group of us at the bar, he asked for some water, the female bartender said, ‘You can go get it yourself.’ She pointed at the end of the counter. It shocked us all. It was so disrespectful. Then they were rude to a few of us. Such a disappointment.
In short, after an event at the hotel, we went to the bar & ordered drinks. When our friend asked for more water, the female bartenders pointed and said, “You can get your own water.” Very rude.
They have great meeting rooms
I had a nice stay at the Embassy Suites in Denton. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. The only thing I found a little strange was that I wasn’t able to order dinner from the bar to take back to my room. I would have appreciated having that option after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely stay here again!
Large convention hotel. Rooms were nice and fresh.
