I had to change my room 3 times for the room being dirty. From stain floors,dirty bathroom, blood on sheets, lights not working,bathroom not working. Never again. I just know i would get an upgraded room for my trouble but nope. And this place is stuck in the 90s and early 2000s. Nothing is updated and some stuff looks like it hasnt be cleaned since the 2000s

Unfortunately the room we booked was not available for us when we arrived. Manager came in clutch and was very accommodating. Taking a 1 star experience and making it significant better. Johnny is the best. Hotel could use some updates. Location is peak.

High crime unsafe location. High risk to travel outside on foot. No sidewalks, across the street from highway 635. The hotel is very old, not the cleanest. They added beautiful mustard colored bar stools and seatings to attract customers via the online pics. Very surprised that EMBASSY SUITES would display their name a Property so poorly maintained. This hotel should not be allowed to be called a Hilton. I stayed here for four nights and the indoor pool is not opened except for a limited amount of hours each day, they only provide water on the first day that you check in which doesn't seem right to me as if I went to a different Hotel I would be able to get waters every night instead of being charged.
