The place is beautiful and really nice they are currently renovating rooms at the moment so that's really good the only reason the rooms got 3 stars is because I've been here 24 hours almost and the ac is not working right the service is a 4 because if you go to the front desk they will assist as soon as possible and the location on the other hand if you like being begged for cigarettes or money or Marijuana by the local homeless population then this will be the place for you all in all definitely a 3 star really only based ... read more

Mya was very helpful. She has great customer service skills. Embassy Suites need staff like her.
My wife is having a procedure, so we drove in from East Texas, and we are not used to being in the city. It was so stressful driving in through the traffic and trying to find our way around that we were so happy just to arrive and then to see a restaurant for dinner was in the hotel. The breakfast host Jesse was friendly, and the girl at the front counter Sharonda was very patient with us as we had many questions. Sometimes people get annoyed when you ask too many questions, but Sharonda was not that way which we appreciated... read more
