Worst facility and service. AC didn't work, never fixed. No flat sheets. Elevators sketchy. Go elsewhere!!
We booked this hotel for the location to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and unfortunately it ended up being the worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at. To start with the positives, check-in was easy even though we arrived around midnight, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free, underground, and convenient. This is my least favorite Embassy Suites ever. I spent most of my stay waiting for an elevator or riding in the elevator with the housekeeping staff and their laundry , stopping at all the different floors. This went on for the three days I stayed at this hotel. They definitely do not care about the guest here.
Not the quality you expect from the embassy suites name. When you first arrive you're greeted by the dankest creepy parking garage, complete with faded lines, leaking pipes, and poor lighting. When you get up to the hotel lobby, it's actually not bad. But it quickly becomes clear that the owner of the property is running the place as cheaply as humanly possible. Terrible parking, leaky roof, in need of major upgrades. Spacious rooms as standard with most if not all Embassy suites but will not return due to the inconveniences of previously stated concerns.
