We made reservations for a handicap room,,no didn't have one but we made do,,the room next to us were like fighting and very very loud,I ended up calling security,,even thou I walk down to desk and you could hear them,,and this was at 2 30 am,,TV in living room didn't work properly,,had to call to get towels...glad to get outa there
We booked this hotel for a four-day stay while visiting for a graduation celebration. What should have been a special and memorable occasion quickly turned into an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there were concerns. The lobby appeared unclean, and while the dining area was presentable, the hallway carpets were visibly worn and dirty, creating an unsettling first impression.
