I was assisted by Allen who works at the front desk at this hotel location and he was very helpful in booking our reservations for several nights stay. He answered all my questions in detail and was very polite and respectful. Also he quickly booked our room and helped us out with specific needs with the room and walk in shower in lieu of a tub style bathroom. This hotel was stellar! The staff was all so so kind as soon as you walk in! It's beautiful and the rooms are clean and really nice! Will definitely stay again!
Calling this a 4 star hotel is like claiming Danny DeVito is the sexiest man alive. What a joke. I’ve been to super 8 motels that have not smelled this bad and had cleaner rooms. I thought this was supposed to be nice given the location, but I was dead wrong. The entire building smelled like mildew, probably due to the fact that the bathrooms have zero ventilation or exhaust fans. They could save a whole lot of money on their gas and electric bill if they installed some water efficient showerhead that didn’t dump about 50 ga... read more
