I would not stay here again. This is not the same as the Embassy Suites we are used to. The tub in the room had water between the tub liner - very concerning. Another member of our party moved rooms 3 times because of flooding/water issues in their room. The breakfast is awful. No omelet bar and the rest is not self serve. Overall not great aside from the location.

Rarely do I leave a crappy review and I’m probably just in a crappy mood, but this “pay to park” new policy is a cash grab. For a Diamond Member to have to walk back out to his car to place a parking sticker for something that’s been inclusive for years, well, that just cheap. Add the cost into your nightly fee and save me the hassle of humping it back to the parking lot for a stupid sticker, after a long day of travel. Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms, the evening reception, breakfast, parking, restaurant, etc. I spent four nights here and was not disappointed. The rooms are well appointed, and sleep quality was good. The evening reception is above average in terms of appetizers and beverages offered. The bartenders do a fabulous job, serving everyone (it gets really crowded, busy, and noisy at times). Staff wasn’t interested in solving problems, there was a shoe convention going on so the guests were put behind the random shoe stores that popped up when people would leave their door open. AND PAY FOR PARKING? Never returning to this or any Embassy Suites
