It was a family trip. Great service. Breakfast outstanding. We will be back, thank you.
My issue with this hotel is Open balconies here are extremely dangerous, highly unsuitable for children. Especially children with disabilities, and super active. I highly recommend they implement safety guidelines, or renovations. If not age restrictions. Tip: I would start construction from 3/4 floor up. Hope this help, and may save lives.
Close to O’Hare for those flying in. My only complaint is you have to pay for parking! You’re not in the city, you’re in Lombard why are you charging for parking? It killed the value of staying there.
Everything was great during my family's stay. We enjoyed ourselves.
There was a family party happening all week long. They stayed up till midnight as well as their barking dogs making as much noise as possible. This makes it extremely hard to sleep. Called the desk. Party still noisy. Then billing overcharged us by 150. And it took almost 2 weeks and several phone calls to rectify the overcharge. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
