Beautiful rooms, easy to find, exquisitely decorated, nice pool, “great”. Outdoors area with chairs and fire pit, Plenty of free parking

This is definitely not what I expected at the price. I had to use slides in the shower and the tiles were all cracked and gapped apart plus the shower was not cleaned properly and hair was all over the floor. Room was stale and smoky and There were no trash bags in the room. The air conditioner sounded like a dying animal and Fruit was not fresh at breakfast, neither were the fried potatoes. Had high hopes, being Embassy Suites. But the service was lacking. First night we lost power, entire hotel, due to a transformer being hit across the street. Not their fault but they were going to offer a full refund if electricity didn't come back on. That was great and the guy? was helpful that first night. But the next night is when they went downhill. I called front desk early requesting towels/toiletries. Got back that evening to find nothing. Called again, they said we will get it right up. Well, they halfway did, thre... read more
