Stayed here one night and it was terrible. Closet wall and cupboard were covered in mold, which made my sister with allergies cough all night. Room also had no tissues, no trash bags, and the digital keys didn’t work. I’ve emailed the hotel several times with no response. Unacceptable experience — would not recommend.

I advise against choosing this hotel for your stay. I did not experience a sense of security in this environment. No one arrived to assist us with the check-in process. Individuals continued to pass by without offering any help. The accommodations do not match the representations found online or in promotional materials. This hotel fell short of expectations, leading me to decide against staying at any Embassy Suites in the future. I stayed at Embassy suites on August 1. I wanna say the young lady Jada. She was just so amazing very nice. Very kind. Great customer service and I just really appreciate that

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My bartender Bianca was super nice and provided excellent service! Attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the highlights of my visit!
