We had a large group and service was very helpful and on point with all guests. Check-in/out was seamless and prompt assistance with any questions during our stay. The positioning of the hotel was made pick-up and transport and guest to/from the event we were participating slightly complicated due to one-way streets and hotel entrance position, but hotel staff had clear instructions to help drivers navigate so would not deter from recommending in future. Stayed here with my wife on a little city getaway and the location was really good, plenty of shops in walking distance and the complementary breakfast was very nice. Free adult drinks at the hotel bar every afternoon of your stay! Staff took care of us and we had a nice view from our room. We'll stay here again for sure!

I try to do Embassy Suites wherever I go. Love the location because shopping is across the street along with great restaurants and not far from things to do. The lobby decor is beautiful. Drop off/pick up is challenging and so is checking in after certain hours. You cannot park in front, but once you go into the garage you cannot get into the door where the elevators are without a key. Maybe they should have a call button or something. Bre was the best server I’ve had in a long time! She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The music playlist was so good that I ended up staying longer than I planned. Great service and a great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!
