The location is great but we’ve had issues everyday we have stayed here. From our room being dirty, to taking hours to deliver towels and toilet paper. Bathroom was filthy bed sheets weren’t changed. I let that go and got some but everyday there’s another issue. Elevators down as well. This is getting ridiculous. For as much as we pay for rooms this is unacceptable. First I would like to thank Victoria for her outstanding service. She was great throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. The omlette station was the best option. Our room was clean and tiddy and we were glad to see that room service had our room tidy by the time we were back. We had burgers from the hotel restaurant and they were giant burgers!! We Look forward to coming back.
The heating system doesn't work within a certain temperature range outside so you can freeze to death waiting for them to bring you a space heater. And the stupid negative pressure ventilation system is so noisy. I am a life time diamond at Hilton and this hotel is terrible
