LOVED this hotel for our family. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, wonderful happy hour with the option for older kids to go play in the arcade. WONDERFUL staff. It felt clean, comfortable and convenient for our Disney days. Want to go back to CA just to stay at this hotel.
The hotel is lovely. But our car got hit really bad in the hotel parking lot, when we went to see the receptionist said they didnt have any cameras towards the parking, or insurance for the guests.. although we paid $130 dlls for 2 nights stay only for parking. This really upset us and definitely not coming back
I booked a stay and the room was not ready when I arrived at 9pm. Mind you check in is it at 4pm. Borris stated it was due to maintenance and was very rude and unhelpful. He cancelled my reservation without a refund because it was late despite it being their fault. Avoid this embassy
