The rooms are great. Comfortable rooms. Very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is GREAT! Jenny makes the Best Lemon drop Martini!! Hands down she is THE best. Food in the morning is excellent. They are so nice and friendly. We stay here every time we are in town... Hope this hotel NEVER changes!! Great staff.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites Alpharetta Halcyon while in town for a sporting event, and overall we had a good experience. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the rooms, which is always a huge plus for me. The guest associates were especially kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made check-in even better after a long day. Our suite was super clean and spacious. Stayed here last weekend and unfortunately wasn't impressed. The valet was absent when we arrived, and even after returning, there was no communication, so we ended up parking ourselves. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful but appeared to be handling everything alone. The room was spacious, but the blanket for the sofa bed was dirty, which made us question the overall cleanliness. Hotel was clean breakfast was minimal although made to order, manger’s reception drinks were good staff were nice and friendly. Valet good and made easy to use ( Curtis was quick and friendly with valet)
