Fantastic hotel in a great location. Feels like an upscale version of the embassy suites brand. Staff is super friendly.
This hotel is very nice! The morning breakfast is Outstanding! This may not be an issue for some people but the room AC is not very good. Both times I stayed here, I woke up in the middle of the night hot. On my second trip, I had maintenance check out the AC and I was assured that the room would cool down significantly during the night. However, the room remained warm the entire night.
Horrible & disrespectful customer service towards the guests. The manager was a black man with a big black and white beard giggled in front of me and my husband, even though we had to change our room 4 times which was their fault, concierge didn’t apologize at all (they only apologized after i demanded an apology) at the moment I asked them to talk other person which is next step of chain of command, the receptionist which was a black female pointed towards the business cards with her chin and not even point with a single fi... read more
My family and I traveled there on 3/21 - 3/23 and I must say this was the worst experience I have had. I travel a lot due to my son playing travel ball. When I first arrived the employees was looking at me like we didn't belong there or as if my money wasn't good enough to stay there. When we checked out Sunday a manger from the hotel called me and said my ID was found in the parking lot and he asked if he could mail it to me and I told him yes. The hvac was broken in my room. Up to 85 degrees night 1; up to 87 degrees night 2. There were no other doubles available and staff was completely unconcerned about my issue.
