I travel frequently, and this Embassy Suites is modern, well maintained, and the staff was outstanding. In expect someone to complain about this past weekend, I wanted to mark all 5 rating because of the staff. The hotel was unable to issue room keys due to some technical issue Friday - Sunday. I was just told that they were overbooked by mistake. I brought all my luggage with me to check in and the hotel told me that there was no room available even though I had a confirmed reservation.
Very rude staff. Do not recommend.
