Wally went above and beyond to get the parts in time to have my car ready before a holiday weekend. I appreciated the customer care.
I blew out a tire and had them put news tires on my vehicle, which was fine. However, they told me I needed to have my brakes done and prepared a quote for the work. I didn't have time to have the work done at that moment so for the next month, I was driving around thinking I need to get the car in to have the brakes replaced. Solid service and excellent workmanship! Arriving in DC from out of town in January during a snowstorm, I struck a curb and did quite a bit of damage to my BMW's left front tire and steering. This service shop was close to my hotel, so I brought the car to them. The manager (Waleed) was understanding and did a quick assessment for me.
