Dr.Hickory, hands down is one of the most genuine orthodontist you can find in the DMV area. He is very knowledgeable with Invisalign and has been one of the top users of Invisalign for over 20 years. What else can you ask for!?! Dr. Hickory is the most patient and understanding Dr. I’ve ever had. The time he spends answering all questions (and easing nerves) and the flexibility in payment options really gave me the peace of mind to complete my treatment at Embassy Row versus other offices I visited. I am not even sure if there is anyone who knows how to submit claims to insurance companies.. I have been trying to get my refund since March 2018. Their staff is not as responsive as they used to be. I communicated with Mitchaw, Jay regarding this issue back in March 2018 and Jay confirmed he made some mistakes on their end and resubmitted my claims to correct place.. Dr. Hickory is very professional and respectful to me! Their staff is very courteous and caring, I've always had a good experience anytime I've went there. They have a great atmosphere and it's always clean. They aren't the top #1 Invisalign Provider in the entire DMV for nothing!! I highly recommend! :D
I have had two dentists shocked at my bite following treatment from Dr Hickory. The service provided was lackluster, if not negligent. I would not recommend this practice for this reasons, but also because you can get Invisalign / treatment at a fraction of the cost from other providers within the area. I urge you to take my advice! Don't make the same mistake I made!
