The best place to race your family in South Florida, quite and very clean place with very good neighbors
I've called the association twice about a dangerous hazard at our community gates. The excessive seal coating on the road becomes extremely slippery when wet, creating an 'ice skating' effect. I've personally witnessed two accidents: people falling and cars hitting the gate. This is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention, and I'm struggling to understand why it hasn't been addressed.
