Andrew is a wonderful arborist! Embark does prompt work and is very competitively priced. Great job!
Prompt service, great people, good work
As soon as you talk to Andrew, you can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. We hired him to trim all the trees on our property (around 12), and he could tell me about each, and tons of tips on their care. He had a delay on another job and was able to perform our work on a Sunday (his choice) with a one day notice. Service was great, the prices were 1/3 of other estimates I got, and they were fast and cleaned up very well. Job was done 15 days after first contact. Other places I contacted couldn't even get an estimate out that fast. I would highly recommend.
We bought a Groupon for the tree service on August 2, 2012. It is now June 7th, 2013 and we have yet to have this guy come out and do the work. He put us off all fall...because he was over booked from using the Groupon method of gaining clients...and then he put us off all winter long....and now it's June! I haven't been able to contact him. Last we heard he was showing up today...yet hasn't called to set up a time that we would be here, so I have no idea how to plan my day. I just left him a voice mail asking for a full ref... read more
