Awful, would give zero stars if I could. Lots of money for no real benefit. Sent me a violation notice for moss on my driveway when I don't even have a driveway. And a warning about holiday lights when I don't have any up (and never have). They are pretty unprofessional in my opinion
I just hate HOA Management company. I just got a NOTICE of DELINQUENCY and before that nothing. I don't get email nor mail of the HOA fee. Them there is a LATE charge they slap on you. Come-on. This is ridiculous.
Lena's a great employee helping me pay my HOA dues in a timely manner. I appreciate her being so thoughtful with me.
