I experienced the same issue another reviewer described, and I have time-stamped security cameras to back up my timeline. I cleaned my patio on May 13. A table remained outside until May 29, when my cameras show me loading it into a U-Haul and taking it to the dump at approximately 4:00 p.m. Weeks later, I discovered I had been issued a warning using a photo of that same table. Hello, I clean my yard every two weeks. You took a photo of my yard on 05/15/2026, but you did not mail the notice to me until 06/16/2026. Then you claimed that I had violated the rules and fined me. I received your notice about 31 days after it was issued, even though you only gave me 15 days to respond or correct the issue. By the time I received the documents, the deadline had already passed.
