Service non existent. I called for a request for my attic problem. A ticket was created on their platform Townsq. They responded 2 days later and told me they will find an HOA board member to help. Then they disappeared for several days. I repeatedly asked them for updates, emails, phone calls, text messages. NONE got replied. I repeatedly told them how important and urgent the issue is. NO REPLY. And my ticket was CLOSED! I pay over $400 every month and get all frustration.
EMB has a mediocre reputation for a reason, the Yelp, Google and BBB ratings speak for themselves. I initially had a positive experience with our Community Association Manager Myah, however, as prior secretary of the HOA Board that employs EMB management, I had made a few purchases for the complex that required EMB to facilitate a reimbursement for the monies I spent on various things such as light bulbs, electrical outlet lock boxes, padlocks…etc, to name a few. Horrible service, not responsive at all. Poor communication. Online payment system is ancient, charge a large convenience fee.
No communication on how much we owners have left to pay on an assessment from over ten years ago. No response from them. Horrible experience with this company.
