Had a bit of a snafu where the management company double withdrew a large assessment, but Gwendolyn did a great job taking care of me and trying to get the issue resolved.
Followed up on error in billing and resolved quickly
Kristine and. Shende were wonderful I appreciate there help! Thanks
When you call this management company, someone in the Philippines answers and it's impossible to get a call from someone in your ACTUAL state let alone, your community. These people that work abroad have no idea what they are talking about. This is a terrible company who doesn't even train their "employees" on what a "rental cap is" - the girl on the phone was like "ok I will check on the rental capital".
