I had the exact same experience with the below reviewer about fines. We have been fined 3 separate times for paying our utilities late, which, were actually POSTDATED charges. I work in accounting for a property management company myself and if I post dated charges for tenants then charged late fees on those charges repeatedly that would be both immoral and illegal and I would be fired. If I pay my full balance on 8/1 and you charge me utilities on 8/2 but date it 7/31 YOU need to notify us of the new charge. That is decepti... read more
