Most excellent 5 Star experience. I spoke on the phone and quickly decided this guy could handle my laptop. My laptop is an OG commercial laptop, tough as nails and was capable of a comeback. This guy knew it too, fixed me up right. My ancient OG Dell Latitude is back in business, faster than ever and all for an extremely reasonable price. He even had this all done within hours. Thanks Emax, your business put me back in business.
Searched all of Austin for a floppy disc. Accidentally saw this sign and knocked on the door. the gentleman was nice enough to give me one. Really appreciated that.
