Our experience with Morris at Emanuel Jewelry Design has been deeply disappointing due to repeated issues with workmanship, a lack of professionalism, and questionable business ethics. In August 2024, we had custom emerald infinity rings made. Within a month, one ring had loose stones, which I brought back for inspection. Morris claimed nothing was loose.
